TECNOS (www.tecnos.es), has just published in Spain the eighth edition of the book on “Aeronautical Legislation” which, based on the Spanish Air Navigation Act, contains all the national, Community and international rules, unified according to each provision of the Act, and applying in the field of civil aviation. It also includes the full texts of the most important International Conventions, and European Community Directives and Regulations in the field. (By Enrique Mapelli and Francisco Navarrete).

In this new edition of Air Law-updated, greatly expanded and new format (1750 pages in hardback) - is included as basic text the Law of 21 July 1960, where each of the many articles, it is possible consult the many provisions enacted after its promulgation. You can reproduce the full text of certain additional rules and regulations of international conventions and European Union regulators important issues not only related to aviation policy, but with air transport and contracts that bind the companies and their users.
Special practical interest are within the supplementary provisions, those which, published in the Official Gazette, agree the implementation in Spain of some of the so-called "rules JAR", which is transcribed in its entirety.

The very broad Air Traffic Regulations approved by Royal Decree 57/2002 of 18 January, is offered with the many changes that has had its original text (July 2004, September 2005, August and December 2006, November 2007 and March 2008).

This tenth edition includes the most significant regulatory developments in aviation since the previous edition issued July 2004, deserves a special mention the Regulation (EC) 1.099/2006 of December 12 because he comes to take a European Union level JAR-OPS rules 1. The action rules of the European Union has been consistent, being now a true legislative body that must pay special attention as, not infrequently, is superimposed on the national regulation itself. It also includes the Royal Decree 104/2008 of 8 February, which approves the Statute of the State Agency for Aviation Safety

This allows offering the full range, updated and systematized aviation legislation as a whole.
